The study is to compare DHE given by oral inhalation and intravenously |
DHE (dihydroergotamine mesylate) has been used for the successful treatment of migraine for over 60 years. This new formulation of inhaled DHE is being developed to provide migraine suffers with a means of rapid, self administered migraine relief. This trial is to evaluate the influence of a drug called Ketoconazole (a marketed normally used for fungal infections) on the trial drug DHE. |
